Apprenticeship as Salesperson / Retail Merchant starting 01.08.2027

In the 2-year apprenticeship as a salesperson or the 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant you will learn how processes in retail work: starting from ordering goods through receipt, presentation and storage of goods to sales and sales-promoting measures. You can expect the following tasks: Acceptance of goods deliveries; Storing goods and merchandise presentation; Freshness control in the fruit and vegetable section; Ensuring availability of our baked goods; Cashiering and cash reconciliation; Ensuring order and cleanliness in the branch. Depending on the collective bargaining area you work between 37 and 39 hours per week including vocational school times. The vocational school will be near your place of residence.

A school diploma (qualified secondary school diploma or intermediate school diploma); Enthusiasm for food and consumer goods; Motivation, initiative and reliability; Math skills and desire to actively contribute them; Team spirit and enjoyment of contact with customers; Good German skills (at least language level B1) to ensure smooth communication with customers
