What You'll Learn
- Ordering, stocking, presentation, and maintenance of goods
- Cashiering and cash reconciliation
- Advising our customers
- Serving as contact person for the branch team (when substituting for branch management)
- Creating staff deployment plans and coordinating inventory work (when substituting for branch management)
Requirements
- Availability for the following working hours: Monday to Saturday (early and late shifts)
- Completed apprenticeship, e.g., as a sales assistant or retail management assistant (m/f/d) with first experience in a supervisory role
- Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
- Independence, speed, and care
- High willingness to perform, flexibility, and team spirit
