ALDI SÜD offers an apprenticeship as a sales assistant/retail merchant. During the apprenticeship you will learn product presentation, cashiering, customer service, warehouse organization and inventory.

Present and maintain goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items. Cashiering and rocking the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and cool. Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to the wishes of our customers and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping. Organize the warehouse and conduct inventories: You take care of the goods in the warehouse, ensure order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are required here.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn: Regardless of your school leaving certificate (lower secondary, intermediate, or (technical) high school diploma), what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop yourself. Team player: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly. Active and dynamic: You are fit and like to move – there's no room for boredom. Reliability: You are punctual and flexible within your store's operating and opening hours – that's important to us.
