You advise and support customers according to their needs and situation. You analyze the individual needs of the customer. You prepare offers and conclude contracts. You make contract changes and carry out measures for portfolio maintenance and contract retention. You examine claims and benefit cases and inform about the scope of benefits. You work in a team-, process-, and project-oriented manner.

You have a secondary school diploma, a technical college entrance qualification, a high school diploma, or you are studying and want to leave your studies. You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people. You are friendly, committed, and reliable. You have an interest in numbers and finance.
