About this Apprenticeship
ALDI SÜD offers the Abitur program to become a certified retail business manager in Rüsselsheim. In three years you earn the Retail Clerk qualification, the state-certified Handelsfachwirt and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO).
What You'll Learn
- Present and maintain goods
- Work the checkout and serve customers in a friendly way
- Create special shopping experiences and respond empathetically to customer wishes
- Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories
- From month 18, take responsibility for inventory management and store organization
Requirements
- Strong Abitur or Fachabitur: start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
- Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: you bring a real go-getter mentality.
- Team spirit and communication skills: you love interacting and exchanging with others.
- Reliability and flexibility: you handle the challenges before and during your store's opening hours.
