Abitur Program Retail Business Specialist 2027

Three-year program for Abitur holders at ALDI SÜD leading to qualifications as retail clerk, state-certified retail business specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO). From month 18, leadership responsibility as a trainee toward deputy store manager.

• Present and maintain goods
• Work the checkout
• Create special shopping experiences and advise customers empathetically
• Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories
• From month 18, take responsibility for inventory management and store organization

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You handle the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
