Junior Management Trainee Sales

Trainee program for deputy store management as store management successor in several branches with a duration of 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years. Intensive onboarding in operational tasks, personnel development, and employee management. Active support of store management and assumption of first management tasks. Analysis and optimization of branch key figures in cooperation with the branch management team. Creation of personnel deployment planning and coordination of inventory measures. Getting to know various branch structures and processes. Participation in daily business, e.g., in inventory management and merchandise shelving. Cashier activities and cash reconciliation.
