ALDI SÜD offers an Abitur programme in Emmerich am Rhein. Within three years you earn the qualifications of retail salesperson (m/f/d), state-certified Retail Business Specialist (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO). From the 18th month, you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Presenting and maintaining goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checking out customers and rocking the till: You are the friendly face that helps our customers with their shopping – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to our customers' wishes and create a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organising the stockroom and carrying out stocktakes: You look after the goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep an overview during stocktakes – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organisation – there you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
