As a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d), you lovingly take care of the preparation and implementation of individual and group care for people in need of care in the nursing home. You are a support, anchor, help and assistance – for the people entrusted to us and our nursing assistants, trainees and interns.
What You'll Learn
- Individual and activating social care of our residents
- Preparation and implementation of individual and group care with our residents
- Support in coping with everyday life
- Implementation of care documentation and planning
- Close contact with residents, relatives and doctors
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Participation in the professional guidance and promotion of nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Additional qualification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Enjoyment of working with older and care-dependent people
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
