About this Apprenticeship
A three-year nursing apprenticeship at Korian in Emmerich am Rhein. You will join a professional care team and put your knowledge into practice. Career changers are also welcome.
What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Complete placements according to the training plan in cooperation with the partner school
- Learn about the different areas of care
- Help ensure our residents are happy with their lives
- Help put the care approach and care standards into practice
- Help organise cultural and leisure activities that meet residents' needs
Requirements
- Successful completion of an intermediate secondary school qualification and/or, ideally, a completed one-year qualification as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- Experience in care is desirable
- An interest in caring for all aspects of our residents' needs
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and commitment
- Flexibility, reliability and enjoyment of communicating with others
