What You'll Learn
- Individual and activating social care of our residents
- Preparation and implementation of individual and group care with our residents
- Support in coping with daily life
- Implementation of nursing documentation and planning
- Close contact with residents, relatives and physicians
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Participation in professional guidance and development of nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Additional qualification as gerontopsychiatric specialist (f/m/d)
- Joy in working with elderly and people in need of care
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
