In three years you earn the qualifications Retail Merchant (m/f/d), state-certified Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate under AEVO. From the 18th month you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee and develop towards deputy store manager.

• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after the goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
