About this Apprenticeship
A 3.5-year mechatronics technician apprenticeship at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH starting on 1 September 2027. You spend one third of your training at the training centre in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, one third at the customer centre in Ebersberg and one third at vocational school in Ingolstadt. You learn to install, service and maintain mechatronic equipment for electricity supplies.
What You'll Learn
- Learn to install, service and maintain mechatronic components such as switchgear, control systems and automation equipment in power supply systems.
- Learn to find and repair faults in our systems so customers receive a reliable electricity supply.
- Learn to improve the efficiency and safety of electricity distribution using new technologies.
Requirements
- You will soon have an intermediate school certificate or a good lower secondary school certificate.
- You enjoy maths, physics and technology, especially practical work.
- You have practical skills, are reliable and want to help change the energy sector with others.
- You can distinguish colours without difficulty, which is important when working with cables and components.
- You put safety first for yourself and your team.
- You are willing to learn, work carefully and want to learn about new technical subjects.
- You have very good German skills, at least B2.
