• How to install, maintain and service mechatronic components such as switchgear, control systems and automation technology in power supply systems.
• How to find and fix faults in our systems so that electricity reaches our customers reliably.
• How to increase the efficiency and safety of power distribution through new technologies. 📚 Theory and practice? No contradiction with us: You spend a third of your apprenticeship time at the training center in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, at the customer center in Ebersberg and at the vocational school in Ingolstadt. And the best part: You are part of a strong apprentice community with many hundreds of fellow apprentices! 💪

• You will soon have your intermediate school leaving certificate or a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• You enjoy math, physics & technology, especially when you can get hands-on yourself.
• You are skilled manually, reliable and want to change the energy world together with others.
• You recognize colors perfectly (important when working with cables & components).
• Safety is your top priority for yourself and your team.
• You are eager to learn, careful and have the desire to familiarize yourself with new technical topics.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
