Abitur Program Retail Business Specialist (Handelsfachwirt) 2027

In the Abitur program at ALDI SÜD, you earn three qualifications within three years: retail merchant, state-certified retail business specialist (Handelsfachwirt), and the trainer qualification under AEVO. From month 18, you take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checkout and rocking the register: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their shopping – safely, quickly and cool.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to our customers' wishes and create a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after the goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – there you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Get started on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You handle the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
