Three-year Abitur program at ALDI SÜD leading to the qualifications Retail Merchant, state-certified Retail Business Specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO). From month 18 you take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Present and maintain goods: You ensure excellent product quality and that products always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checkout and rock the register: You are the friendly face helping our customers with their purchases – safe, fast and cool.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories: You look after the goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
