In three years at ALDI SÜD you earn the qualifications of retail clerk, state-certified retail business manager and trainer certification under AEVO.

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure the excellent quality of our products and that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Working the checkout: You are the friendly face helping our customers with their purchases – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after the goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
