Abitur Program Retail Business Specialist 2027

Three-year Abitur program at ALDI SÜD in Neu-Isenburg leading to qualifications as retail merchant, state-certified retail business specialist (Handelsfachwirt) and trainer aptitude (AEVO). From month 18 you take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Checking out and rocking the register: You are the friendly face helping our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organization – a chance to really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
