Junior Sales Manager Trainee

• Active support of the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
• Analysis and optimization of store figures together with the store leadership team
• Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
• Cashier work and cash register settlement

• Completed training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a lead position
• Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
• Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
