Abitur Programme Retail Business Manager 2027

The Abitur programme at ALDI SÜD leads to three qualifications in three years: retail merchant, state-certified retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt) and trainer aptitude under AEVO. From month 18 you can take on leadership responsibility.

• Present and care for goods: ensure excellent quality and an appealing look, from fresh fruit to promotional items
• Work the checkout: help customers with their purchases in a friendly, safe and fast way
• Create special shopping experiences: respond empathetically to customer wishes and provide a great atmosphere
• Organise the stockroom and carry out inventories
• From month 18, take responsibility for inventory management and store organisation

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: you can start directly on 1 August if you already hold the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: a real go-getter mentality
• Team spirit and communication skills: you enjoy interacting and exchanging ideas with others
• Reliability and flexibility: you handle the challenge before and during your store's opening hours
