About this Apprenticeship
ALDI SÜD offers an Abitur programme in Balingen: in three years you earn the retail salesperson qualification, certified retail business specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO).
What You'll Learn
- Present and care for goods: from fresh fruit to promotional items
- Work the checkout: friendly, safe and fast
- Create special shopping experiences: respond empathetically to customer wishes
- Organize the stockroom and carry out inventories
- From the 18th month, take responsibility for stock management and store organization
Requirements
- Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start directly on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
- Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: you have a real can-do mentality.
- Team spirit and communication skills: you love interacting with others.
- Reliability and flexibility: you handle the challenges before and during your store's opening hours.
