Within three years you earn the qualifications of retail salesperson (m/f/d), state-certified retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt, m/f/d) and trainer aptitude under AEVO. From month 18 you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure the excellent quality of our products and that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to promotional items.
• Cashiering: You are the friendly face that helps our customers complete their shopping safely and quickly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: You respond empathetically to our customers' wishes and create a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organizing the stockroom and doing inventories: You look after the goods in the stockroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories.
• From month 18 you take responsibility for stock management and store organization.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start right away on 1 August if you already have the higher education entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real doer mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You handle the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
