Abitur Graduate Programme Retail Management Specialist 2027

ALDI SÜD offers a three-year programme for Abitur holders in which you earn the qualifications Retail Clerk, state-certified Retail Management Specialist and trainer aptitude (AEVO). From month 18 you can grow as a trainee towards deputy store manager.

• Presenting and caring for goods: you ensure the excellent quality of our products and that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Cashiering and rocking the till: you are the friendly face helping our customers finish their shopping – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organising the stockroom and carrying out stocktakes: you look after the goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep an overview during stocktakes – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From month 18 you take responsibility for inventory management and store organisation – there you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
