Abitur Program Retail Business Manager 2027

ALDI SÜD offers an Abitur program in which you earn three qualifications within three years: retail clerk, state-certified retail business manager and trainer aptitude under AEVO. From month 18 you can take on leadership responsibility and grow as a trainee toward deputy store manager.

• Present and maintain goods: ensure excellent product quality and an appealing look, from fresh fruit to promotional items
• Checkout: be the friendly face helping customers, safely and quickly
• Create special shopping experiences: respond empathetically to customer wishes and provide a great atmosphere
• Organize the warehouse and carry out inventories: look after stock, keep order and keep track during inventories
• From month 18, take responsibility for inventory management and store organization

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start directly on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: a real go-getter mentality
• Team spirit and communication skills: you love interacting and exchanging with others
• Reliability and flexibility: you handle the challenge before and during your store's opening hours
