School Leaver Programme in Trade and Commerce

ALDI SÜD's three year programme leads to three qualifications: retail assistant, certified trade and commerce specialist and trainer certification under AEVO. You take on leadership duties from month 18.

• Display and look after goods: Keep our products in excellent condition and make sure they look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offers.
• Work at the checkout: Be the friendly face helping customers complete their shopping safely and quickly.
• Create a great shopping experience: Your service makes a difference. Listen carefully to customers' needs and create a pleasant place to shop.
• Organise the warehouse and carry out stocktakes: Look after stored goods, keep things tidy and track stock during counts, working with and supporting your team.
• And the best part? From month 18, you take responsibility for stock management and store organisation, putting your strengths to use.

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results: Start on 1 August if you already hold an entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and confidence in getting things done: You take action and see things through.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You enjoy interacting and sharing ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You handle the demands of working before and during your store's opening hours.
