Training as a Retail Sales Specialist and State-Certified Trade Specialist, Including AEVO Trainer Qualification

This three-year ALDI SÜD programme leads to qualifications as a retail sales specialist, a state-certified trade specialist and a vocational trainer under AEVO. From the 18th month, you take on responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Display and look after goods: You ensure our products are high quality and always look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offers.
• Operate the checkout: You are the friendly face helping customers complete their shopping safely, quickly and confidently.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes a difference. You respond thoughtfully to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: You look after stored goods, keep things tidy and stay on top of stocktakes, working with and supporting your team.
• And the best part? From the 18th month, you take on responsibility for stock management and store organisation, putting your strengths to good use.

• Strong Abitur or Fachabitur results: Start on 1 August if you already hold a qualification that allows you to attend a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and assertiveness: You have a hands-on approach.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You enjoy interacting and exchanging ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You can handle the demands of working before and during your store's opening hours.
