Retail and Trade Management Training Programme, Including Trainer Qualification

This three-year ALDI SÜD programme combines qualifications in retail sales, advanced trade management and vocational training under AEVO. You work in retail and take on responsibility for stock management and store organisation from month 18.

• Display and look after products: maintain their excellent quality and make sure they look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offers.
• Operate the checkout: be a friendly face helping customers complete their shopping safely and quickly.
• Create special shopping experiences: respond thoughtfully to customers' wishes and create a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: look after stored goods, keep things tidy and help the team keep track during stocktakes.
• From month 18, take on responsibility for stock management and store organisation and put your strengths to use.

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results: start on 1 August if you already hold a qualification that allows entry to a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and assertiveness: you take action and get things done.
• Team spirit and communication skills: you enjoy interacting and exchanging ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: you can handle work before and during your store's opening hours.
