School-leaver programme in retail management

ALDI SÜD offers a three-year programme leading to retail vocational and advanced retail management qualifications, plus trainer certification under AEVO.

• Display and look after goods: maintain excellent product quality and appealing displays, from fresh fruit to promotional products.
• Operate the till: help customers complete their shopping in a friendly, reliable and quick way.
• Create great shopping experiences: respond thoughtfully to customers' needs and help create a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: keep goods tidy and track stock with support from your team.
• From month 18, take responsibility for stock management and store organisation, putting your strengths to use.

• Good Abitur or vocational university entrance qualification: start on 1 August if you already hold a qualification allowing entry to a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and assertiveness: you take action and get things done.
• Team spirit and communication skills: you enjoy interacting and exchanging ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: you can meet the demands of working before and during your store's opening hours.
