Retail and Advanced Retail Management Training, Including Trainer Qualification

Three year training programme at ALDI SÜD leading to qualifications in retail, advanced retail management and vocational training under AEVO. From month 18, the programme includes leadership responsibilities as a trainee deputy store manager.

• Display and look after products, ensuring excellent quality and appealing presentation, from fresh fruit to promotional items.
• Operate the checkout and help customers complete their shopping in a friendly, accurate and speedy way.
• Create enjoyable shopping experiences, respond thoughtfully to customers' needs and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
• Organise the stockroom, keep goods tidy and carry out stocktakes as part of a team.
• Take responsibility for stock management and store organisation from month 18.

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results and an existing qualification for admission to a university of applied sciences in Germany for the 1 August start.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and assertiveness.
• Team spirit, communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with others.
• Reliability and flexibility to work before and during store opening hours.
