Retail management training programme for school leavers

This three-year training programme at ALDI SÜD leads to qualifications as a retail sales professional, a state-certified retail management specialist and a trainer under AEVO. From month 18, you take responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Display and look after goods: Make sure products are high quality and look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offers.
• Work at the checkout: Help customers finish their shopping with friendly, safe and quick service.
• Create great shopping experiences: Listen to customers' needs and help make the store a pleasant place to shop.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: Look after stored goods, keep things tidy and track stock with support from your team.
• From month 18, take responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results: Start on 1 August if you already hold the qualification needed to enter a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and confidence: You take action and get things done.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You enjoy interacting and sharing ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You can meet the demands of working before and during your store's opening hours.
