About this Apprenticeship
In the ALDI SÜD Abitur program you earn three qualifications within three years: retail salesperson (m/f/d), state-certified retail business manager (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate under AEVO. From month 18 you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee for deputy store manager.
What You'll Learn
- Presenting and caring for goods
- Operating the checkout
- Creating special shopping experiences
- Organizing the stockroom and carrying out inventories
- From month 18, taking responsibility for stock management and store organization
Requirements
- Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start directly on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
- Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real can-do mentality.
- Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging with others.
- Reliability and flexibility: You master the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
