Training as a Retail Sales Specialist and Certified Trade Specialist with Trainer Qualification

At ALDI SÜD, you earn three qualifications in three years: retail sales specialist, certified trade specialist and trainer certification under AEVO. From month 18, you take on responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Display and look after goods, keeping products in excellent condition and making them look appealing, from fresh fruit to promotional items.
• Operate the checkout and help customers complete their shopping in a friendly, safe and efficient way.
• Create a good shopping experience by responding thoughtfully to customers' needs and keeping the store welcoming.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes, keeping goods tidy and working closely with your team.
• Take on responsibility for stock management and store organisation from month 18.

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results: Start on 1 August if you already hold the qualification needed to enter a university of applied sciences in Germany.
