Retail apprenticeship and advanced retail management programme with trainer qualification

Three year programme at ALDI SÜD leading to qualifications as a retail sales specialist, state certified retail management specialist and vocational trainer under AEVO. From month 18, you take responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Display and care for products, ensuring excellent quality and an appealing presentation
• Operate the checkout and help customers complete their shopping in a friendly, safe and efficient way
• Respond to customer needs and create enjoyable shopping experiences and a pleasant store environment
• Organise the stockroom, keep it tidy and carry out stocktakes
• Take responsibility for stock management and store organisation from month 18

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results and an existing qualification that grants admission to a university of applied sciences in Germany for a 1 August start
• Willingness to work hard, determination and assertiveness
• Team spirit, communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with others
• Reliability and flexibility to work before and during store opening hours
