Retail Management Programme for School Leavers 2027

ALDI SÜD offers a three-year programme for school leavers leading to qualifications in retail sales, advanced retail management and trainer certification under AEVO. You take on leadership responsibilities from month 18.

• Present and look after products: Ensure excellent quality and appealing displays, from fresh fruit to promotional items.
• Operate the checkout: Help customers complete their purchases in a friendly, accurate and efficient way.
• Create enjoyable shopping experiences: Respond thoughtfully to customers' needs and provide a pleasant shopping environment.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: Look after stored goods, keep things tidy and maintain an overview during stocktakes.
• From month 18, take responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Good Abitur or Fachabitur results: Start on 1 August if you already hold a qualification that allows you to enter a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to work hard, determination and assertiveness: You have a practical, proactive attitude.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You enjoy interacting and sharing ideas with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You can handle work before and during your store's opening hours.
