Retail Sales Assistant / Retail Management Apprenticeship 2027

Apprenticeship in food retail at ALDI SÜD, covering product displays, customer service, checkout work and stockroom tasks. There are opportunities for a permanent sales assistant role or further training for a retail management qualification.

• Display and care for products: You ensure our products are high quality and always look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offers.
• Serve customers at the checkout: You are the friendly face helping customers complete their shopping safely, quickly and with confidence.
• Create enjoyable shopping experiences: Your service makes a difference. You respond thoughtfully to customers' wishes and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Organise the stockroom and take inventory: You look after stored goods, keep things tidy and track stock during inventory checks. Teamwork and support are essential.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: Whatever school qualification you have, whether a lower or intermediate secondary school certificate or a university entrance qualification, what matters is that you are ready to learn and develop.
• Teamwork: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
