Apprenticeship in grocery retail at ALDI SÜD, covering product displays, customer service, checkout work and stockroom tasks. Modern digital learning tools and support for the final exam are provided.

• Display and look after products: make sure our products are high quality and always look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offer items.
• Work at the checkout: be the friendly person who helps customers complete their shopping safely, quickly and confidently.
• Create a great shopping experience: your service makes a difference. Respond thoughtfully to customers' wishes and help create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Organize the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: look after stored goods, keep things tidy and keep track during stocktakes, working with and supporting the team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: whatever school qualification you have, whether Hauptschule, Realschule or a university entrance qualification, what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop your skills.
• Teamwork: you enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
• Active and energetic: you are physically fit and enjoy moving around, so there is no time to get bored.
• Reliability: you are punctual and flexible within your store's operating and opening hours, which is important to us.
