Retail Sales Assistant / Retail Management Apprenticeship

ALDI SÜD offers an apprenticeship with digital learning tools, support for final exams and opportunities to stay on as a retail sales assistant or continue towards a retail management qualification.

• Display and care for goods: You make sure our products are of excellent quality and always look appealing, from fresh fruit to special offers.
• Operate the checkout: You are the friendly face helping customers complete their shopping safely, quickly and with ease.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes a difference. You respond with care to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: You look after stored goods, keep things tidy and keep track of stock during stocktakes. Teamwork and support are needed here.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: Whatever school qualification you have, whether a Hauptschule or Realschule certificate or a university entrance qualification, what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop your skills.
• Teamwork: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
• Active and energetic: You are physically fit and enjoy moving around. There is no time to get bored.
• Reliability: You are punctual and flexible within your store's operating and opening hours. This matters to us.
