Retail Sales Apprenticeship with Further Training as a Retail Management Assistant

A grocery retail apprenticeship at ALDI SÜD covering product displays, customer service, checkout work and stockroom duties. The training offers prospects of continued employment as a sales assistant or further training as a retail management assistant.

• Operate the checkout: Be the friendly face helping customers complete their shopping safely, quickly and confidently.
• Create great shopping experiences: Your service makes a difference. Respond with care to customers' wishes and create a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Organise the stockroom and carry out stocktakes: Look after stored goods, keep things tidy and maintain an overview during stocktakes, working together and supporting others.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: Whatever school qualification you have, whether a lower secondary certificate, intermediate secondary certificate or university entrance qualification, what matters is your willingness to learn and develop.
