Apprenticeship as Salesperson/Retail Management Assistant 2027

For around 50,000 employees we are not just a retailer, but also a reliable and responsible employer. As the inventor of discount retailing, together with ALDI Nord we are among the leading food retailers in Germany. This business success and the stability of the industry give us the basis to do our best and enable a good life for everyone.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: No matter what school-leaving qualification you have (lower secondary, intermediate or (technical) high school diploma), what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop yourself.
• Team player: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
• Active and dynamic: You are fit and like to move – there is no room for boredom.
• Reliability: You are punctual and flexible within the operating and opening hours of your store – that is important to us.
