Apprentice Specialist for Restaurants and Event Catering

Three-year apprenticeship with placements in all service departments, the kitchen and event sales. It includes vocational school, training and personal support; an additional qualification in bar or wine is possible.

Rotations through all service departments, the kitchen and event sales; taking on responsibility and preparing for a future leadership position; participation in training and instruction, for example on event planning and service management.

Physical resilience and a sense of humor; a good school-leaving certificate; enjoyment of service and events and willingness to learn; ability to handle stress and work in a team; enjoyment of dealing with guests and colleagues; good German and English skills.
