Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Retail Management Assistant 2027

For around 50,000 employees, we are not just a retailer but also a reliable and responsible employer. As the inventor of the discount model, we belong, together with ALDI Nord, to the leading food retailers in Germany. This business success and the stability of the industry give us the foundation to do our best and enable a good life for all.

• Present and maintain merchandise: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Operate the checkout and rock the register: You are the friendly face helping our customers complete their purchases – safely, quickly, and coolly.
• Create special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to our customers' wishes and ensure a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organize the warehouse and conduct inventories: You take care of goods in the warehouse, ensure order, and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are key here.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn: Regardless of your school-leaving qualification (lower secondary, intermediate, or (technical) university entrance qualification), what matters is that you are ready to learn new things and develop further.
• Team player: You enjoy working with people and are always friendly.
• Active and dynamic: You are fit and keen to move – there's no room for boredom.
• Reliability: You are punctual and flexible within your store's operating and opening hours – that is important to us.
