About this Apprenticeship
The LVM apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. From day one you have contact with customers. You are integrated into the agency team and are an important part of the whole from the start.
What You'll Learn
- You advise and support customers according to their needs and situation
- You analyze the customer's individual needs
- You make offers and conclude contracts
- You make contract changes and carry out measures for portfolio care and contract retention
- You review damage and benefit claims and inform about the scope of benefits
- You work in a team-, process- and project-oriented way
Requirements
- A good school leaving certificate, Abitur or intermediate school certificate (also welcome with a completed vocational training)
- You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people
- You are friendly, committed and reliable
- You are interested in numbers and finance
