Apprenticeship as an Insurance and Financial Investments Clerk, starting 1 August 2027, with a focus on office operations

During this three-year apprenticeship at LVM headquarters, you will learn about handling contracts, settling claims and communicating with customers. Several months at local insurance agencies will also introduce you to sales and customer advice.

• Become skilled at handling contract matters and learn why communication that puts customers first helps keep contracts in place. Help us deliver the service we promise.
• Record claims, check the details and work with customers to find suitable solutions. Learn how claims are recorded and handled locally and how the process continues at headquarters.
• Gain insights into work at our insurance agencies and learn how to advise customers according to their needs and circumstances.
• Work closely with colleagues, contribute to projects and experience what a team can achieve together.

• You want to support customers and agency staff from headquarters, helping them handle claims as well as possible and arrange suitable contracts.
• You enjoy working with people and want to use your strengths in a lively workplace.
