About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship as a mobility and transport services clerk at DB InfraGO in Münster. You learn customer service, marketing and project management, and look after customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at stations.
What You'll Learn
- You learn important basics in customer advice and service, marketing and project management
- In the training as a mobility and transport services clerk you also learn everything necessary about our travel offers, service and safety services
- You then look after and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at stations
- Using modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily business
Requirements
- You have (soon) successfully finished school and your school qualification is recognized in Germany
- Your German skills are at least B2 level
- Foreign languages are your thing anyway
- Even in difficult situations you stay calm and keep an overview
- You are responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile
What Deutsche Bahn AG offers

- Rent subsidy: If you would have to commute more than 2.5 hours a day from your previous home and rent a closer apartment, you get a rent subsidy of up to €400 per month.
- Takeover: After successfully finishing, you receive an offer to be taken on by DB.
- Attractive pay: Between 1,324 euros and 1,531 euros per month depending on training year, plus Christmas bonus. Pay amounts are valid from 01.07.2026.
- DB Youngster Community: Experience exciting workshops, cool events, community trips and much more with other trainees and dual students.
- Car driving licence: Cost coverage of up to 3,500 euros for getting your driving licence during your training.
