• You complete your apprenticeship in a block model with practical phases at the R+V location in Münster and theoretical phases at the Hansa Vocational College Münster.
• In the practical phases you gain diverse insights into various specialist departments of the insurance company through our pool training in the first year.
• You learn everything important about insurance – from advising and supporting our customers through assessing individual risks and creating suitable insurance solutions to processing insurance contracts, claims and benefit applications.
• During an internship in the field service you gain additional practical experience in direct customer contact and get an insight into the diverse tasks of our sales department.
• Together with the other apprentices you take part in seminars and workshops where you further develop your professional and personal skills.

• Technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or good secondary school certificate
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Openness to digital tools and desire to learn new things
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good understanding of text and numbers as well as confident spelling
