Junior Sales Manager Trainee

Trainee program toward deputy store manager as a store management junior at ALDI SÜD, across several stores, lasting 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years. Intensive onboarding in operational tasks, personnel development and team leadership.

• Actively supporting the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
• Analyzing and optimizing store KPIs together with the store's leadership team
• Creating staff scheduling and coordinating inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
• Cashier work and cash accounting

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a leadership position
• Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
• Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational skills
• Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
