Junior Management Trainee Sales

Trainee program of up to three years to become deputy store manager as a store management trainee at ALDI SÜD in Trier.

• Actively supporting the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
• Analyzing and optimizing store key figures together with the store's management team
• Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
• Cashier work and cash accounting

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First professional experience in a leadership position
• Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
• High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
