Junior Sales Manager Trainee

Trainee programme leading to deputy store manager as a future store leader at ALDI SÜD, across several stores, lasting 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years.

• Active support of the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
• Analysing and optimising store figures together with the store leadership team
• Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
• Cashier work and cash accounting

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a leadership position
• Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
• Strong willingness to learn, quick understanding and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organisational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from catering or hospitality, are welcome
