As an employee (m/f/d) in the pick-up market at Karl Endrich KG… you are the central contact person (m/f/d) for our specialist craftsmen. You prepare orders, advise our customers in a friendly manner and promote trusting cooperation. Your commitment ensures that craftsmen feel well looked after and like to come back!

• Friendly approach to our customers throughout the market, as well as competent advice on product selection
• Processing and recording of orders from our trade customers at the pick-up counter
• Responsibility for goods issue and ongoing maintenance of stock levels. Tasks include monitoring goods receipt and issue as well as proper documentation of all processes in our merchandise management system
• Together with your colleagues, you create an inviting shopping experience by ensuring cleanliness and order in the market and stocking shelves perfectly
• With your ideas, you actively participate in the design of the sales area and sales promotions and ensure that current offers and promotional weeks are highlighted attractively

• You have a completed commercial or technical vocational training
• You have already gained initial professional experience and ideally have specialist knowledge in the SHK sector
• You enjoy dealing with trade customers, approach them openly and speak the language of the trade
• You are an organizational talent with initiative and a clear sense of order
• You show a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work hard in your conscientious way of working
• With solid IT skills, you are well equipped for your tasks
