• Active support of store management and takeover of first management tasks
• Analysis and optimization of store KPIs in cooperation with the store leadership team
• Creation of personnel deployment planning and coordination of inventory measures
• Getting to know various store structures and processes
• Participation in daily business, e.g. inventory management and merchandise shelving
• Checkout activities and cash reconciliation

• Completed training, e.g. as salesperson or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First professional experience in a management position
• Willingness to work in operational store business
• High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
• Enthusiasm for management tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality are welcome
